According to the text of Article 17 of the Consumer Protection Law, the consumer has the right to request a replacement or recover the value of the product within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, if the device does not have a defect of an industry, but provided that it is in the case that the commodity was when the contract (that is, it is not opened or used).

Products that cannot be retrieved

There may be some non -retrieval products in accordance with local laws and regulations, such as health products and products that require personal use for health reasons and others.

Laptop: If it is opened or made any changes to the product, it is not allowed to replace or retrieve in any case.
Perfumes if the package is opened in the case of the original perfumes coated or used or tried, it is not possible to replace or retrieve, so we advise you when ordering perfumes through a website to request your favorite fragrance!
Cosmetics: It cannot be replaced or returned if the package is opened according to local laws and regulations.
Electrical devices: If it is opened without the presence of the manufacturer technician, it is not possible to replace or retrieve except in the event that there is a defect of maintenance through the manufacturer with the warranty report within 15 days only.
Home appliances: It may allow replacement or retrieval after opening them, provided that their packaging is not damaged and provided that the product is not used.
Products coated with factory packaging, which are damaged by removing packaging, are not entitled to replace them unless the product damage is proven.

Return Process

Shipping expenses in case of Return or Exchange


The customer has the right to replace without costing shipping expenses if the product is a defect of industry or does not match the specifications.
The customer costs shipping expenses if the company approves replacement or retrieval for other reasons.
